The pike press with the Swiss ball is an intermediate to advanced exercise and requires significant upper body strength. Balance and coordination come into play but strength is usually the limiting factor.
@ScottTrotter87 that's the thing man. You gotta burn more than you take in. Eat small meals every 3-4 hours. Only eat enough that you don't feel hungry. Generally, I try not to take in too much more than 300 calories or so per meal. But that's me. Drink lots of water, eat 2-3 servings of fruit and veggies a day and include more cardio in your fitness regime.
But really, everyone's body is a unique machine and responds differently to exercise and diet.

@smithzable Yes you can. The ball requires more stabilization and balance but you can get results with just about anything. Be creative.
