this is one of the first songs I listened and watched on MTV... the video was of something about, a joke, of a man, who was wearing skates =)

Maybe I would, but unfortunately I was not born at that time yet - and I don't have the opportunity to hear them in their early years since I live outside USA.

I liked Candy also, more than the previous two "big" records. But, fagironella, they did aim for popularity...Just watch MTV's Sp[ring Break vids to prove it. If you were an early fan around "Made to Be broken" or "While you were out" when they were one of the best bands live on the planet, , you would have cringed at this move...

Me too - I like Candy From A Stranger than Let Your Dim Light Shine. I guess other people decided to go to another trend of music. SA did not aim for popularity though.

I don't undesrtand why Candy From A Stranger sold the least amount of copies....I LOVE THIS ALBUM, I LOVE DAVID.

One of the best bands to see live, if not the best. One of my wishes is for them to release a live dvd!!..ive been a fan since 1990. Please Soul Asylum!!!
