It's time for INS to be investigated for it's arbitrary and discriminatory methods of deciding who should get a visa to travel to the US.

My Daughter a Philippine RN and a College Graduate with a BSN was denied a visa because she is Female, Single and 25 years old and because the Embassy interviewer feared she would want to stay in the US.

Just what kind of people does the INS want in the US.
