just came back from 09 interbike show and tried the Di2. Wow, the whole thing is amazing! I knew I can NOT go back to cable the second I tried the Di2. it shifts like magic and impossibly smooth. I did everything to make the chain drop, pop off but the Di2 laughed at my efforts. I bought 2 sets...

you must take into account that japan are at the top when its comes to quality....the best batteries and motors are made in japan,and the most powerful motor manufacturer toyota

the future has always been battery powered just nobody has the balls nor brains to go forward with it....go shimano

I would imagine it's easier to demonstrate the shifting while the chain is moving.

The future is here! I tried out the button systems on time trials bikes the Avia Wildflower 09' and it was amazing!
