This lesson goes over changing a tire on an MX bike. The same process pretty much applies to any bike tire. It is easier to do on a tire changing stand or on a bike stand. Not every tool I used is required but they make the job easier. Heck, you could use flat blade screwdrivers if you really wanted to.

I will be putting up more videos covering similar topics, stay tuned.

  • @Hellgren108 Thanks! I plan on doing a lot more.

  • how big is this socket and what size torque wrench? 1/2 or 3/4?

  • @juhmoney760 The socket is a 32mm, and the torque wrench is a 1/2 inch.

  • whats the tool your using to set the torque?

  • @juhmoney760 I'm just using a Craftsman torque wrench. Anything that will go up to about 100 ft-lbs and down to 10 ft-lbs will work on a bike. They're only about $70-$100.
