Okay this video is old I think, since I don't really follow your channel but read this please:
1. Loosing 15 pounds in 17 days is NOT healthy. So I hope you are not trying to lose weight that rapidly.
2. Diets work FOR A WHILE, once you go OFF the diet you bounce back. Loosing weight must be a life changing experience to be effective in the long run.
3. If you're trying to loose weight, all you need is proper nutrition & cardio (20 - 30 mins daily).
