Most of the time he's better IMHO, I can't find as much soulfulness in Lee's playing as I do in Roth's. And it's just the mojo of the Tele that even Albert Lee's signature can't hold a candle to! :D

who needs a pedal steel? good golly miss molly! like Brad Paisley and Vince Gill, only even better. As a guitarist for 43 years I find this both encouraging (I wanna go practice) and discouraging (if I played eight hours a day the rest of my life, there's no way to get where he is from where I am). whew!
