Location:
The boutique hotel is situated high above the waters of the Andaman Sea on Cape Panwa in the south east of Phuket. It is the only location which commands both panoramic views from the top of Cape Panwa, as well as offering an exclusive private beach. The area, occupied partly by the Royal Thai Navy & Marine Biological Centre, still retains its natural surroundings in the midst of quiet fishing villages. Phuket Town is approximately 15 km away, while it is just 20 km to Chalong Temple. Phuket International Airport is about 40 km away.

Facilities:
Perched nearly 60 m above sea level and commanding breathtaking views of the south eastern Andaman Sea, the residence is an oasis of calm and luxury in one of the finest locations on Phuket. Scattered throughout more than 120,000 m² of lush, tropical surroundings are less than 20 hotel villas offering accommodation of the highest quality, maximum privacy and superior service. The hotel was renovated in 2007 and offers 19 rooms in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, a bar, games room, TV room, a laundry service and conference facilities. Rooms:
The resort offers accommodation in one- or two-bedroom pool villas and family suites. The facilities include a panoramic outdoor sea view beach pool set just over the private beach. The beach itself is gravel and comes with sun loungers and parasols (subject to fees). There are also 12 saltwater pools and a sun terrace with parasols. Gym and fitness facilities, steam rooms, tennis courts, table tennis and mountain biking (on trails) are all available for a fee. Spa and massage treatments, yoga lessons, pool/snooker and a seaside jogging track also feature. Private boat trips to any of the nearby islands, for diving, swimming or sunbathing, can be arranged at guests' convenience. A variety of other water sports are offered including waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, sailing and canoeing.

The Baba dining lounge offers à la carte breakfast, homemade international cuisine and authentic Thai delicacies. Come watch the islands appear from the morning mist during breakfast, the longtail captains depart during lunch and the stars come out for dinnertime.
