# 1 Boot Camp in South Miami !! This is one of the non-stop total body work outs, it consist of 5 stations. One starting with dumb bells ranging from 3 pounds to 10 pounds doing skies for Triceps, next the kuttle bell station from 10 pounds to 20 pound doing front thurst rises for core adbominals and front deltoids and Back. Station 3 is 20 pound E-Z curl bar or 35 pound Olympic bar doing curls for Biceps, station 4 is Shoulders with 20 pound or 35 pound bar for side deltoids then to the ropes to sake then for dear life. We do is for 3 sets of 20 reps going around with out stoping. this one of manny routines that is done in one Boot Camp Session. Come to the # 1 boot camp The Finset in Fitness !!!
