Circular Strength Training - 12kg Fat Bar Macebell 360's

Swinging 12kg = 10 reps one side & 10 the other.

Using my homemade adjustable thick handle macebell (51 inch long x 2.1/4 inch thick & 8kg).

My good mate Kenny1968 on Utube, got me on to these type of functional fatbar workouts.
Its a dynamic grip workout - very functional & ideal for combat sports etc.

Have been inspired by Scott Sonnon, Steve Maxwell, Mark Sisson, Jake Shannon & the like.
