  • @ecotts : I totally agree with you..PSTN should be integrated .. then it will be perfect!

wanted to purchase one for my parents back in India..

    the UI looks very simple..

@Sascha: Thanks for the nice review !

    :)

  • @aniket2812 thanks for the feedback mate ;)

  • No PSTN...

Every Pc Free Skype phone has both PSTN & Ethernet (Skype), even the cheapest ones.

For the price of this thing I want both and im your target audience.

Add PSTN with voicemail and i'll buy one.

What warranty will this ship with, for the price of it I'd want more than a year. especially with that touch screen. Oh and i wouldn't want white plastic, I would want black.

Asus should do a promotion to get a bulk of these circulating, before ramping the price up.

  • Thanks for your feedback! I'm going to send your comment to the Eee Phone dev. team.

  • little phone you said??

iphone sounds more like little to me compared to that only skype phone. i think iphone can do many other things

  • i am not getting it... this has nothing to do with any iPhone and i am not comparing it to any smartphone

  • FAIL!!!

  • Help !!! I just got one of these and everything is OK but the audio. The sound is terrible, sounds like it is far away and some words can not be understandable ...is it the way this device is or there is something wrong with mine ??

  • @RafaelArchuleta I believe it was on Amazon. Pricing seems to fluxuate; I may have bought before they were in full-favor. Similarily, I bought an RCA Flip-Cam for $19 when they weren't HOT and no one was buying them.

  • Full video! Gratulation! How much is this device?

    Good video!

  • @scpeer Where did you get one for USD$160? Seems they're going for $250+, according to Google - even in Taiwan. Please let me know - thanks!

  • Bought one for $160USD for elderly parent. PERFECT for them; I have it set to auto-answer. I may even use the neighbor's wireless (with their permission) and avoid the broadband costs.

  • that would be way to slow for me and videocall does my mobile device too

  • I WAAAAAANT IT !
