This is a demo of my newly designed Hardwired Auxillary Input for (in this case) most Lexus (pre 00) vehicles.

aka PureDrifter on ClubLexus.com

Heres a tutorial I made on how to build one yourself http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=269156

  • Is there a way to eliminate the CD player completely?

I want to do this but not have the cd spinning in the trunk for no reason. I have not used a cd in 2 years; never plan to in the future.

  • No, if there is no working changer present the headunit (for lexus models at least) will not switch to the CD input.

  • We know how to use an ipod.

  • congrats, then i think you are looking at the wrong video.

  • No Lexus before '06 i believe came with an Auxiliary input from the factory.
