  • Lee, you look like a greaser... not a good look for you

  • ok what? wiki leaks has what? thousand of documents? YOU found ONE(not even sure if its 100% true urself) flaw and u discredit the whole website? lol u find ONE flaw and u discredit Sicko?

btw, Michael Moore wasnt promoting Cuban Healthcare, he was just trying to state a point. THAT IS, cheap healthcare still exists and possible. Who do da hell do you think u are trying to discredit Moore and Julian looool? If you truely "believe" its an IRONY PLEASE MAKE A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT IT.

  • @fuckifacation123 very true. if someone only watches msnbc, then they know very little as well though. and if you only get your news from the tv, you know very little. and if you only read conspiracy websites you know very little.

you have to figure out the truth for yourself, because everyone will put a spin on the news or current events to suit their goals and increase their revenue.

  • Also maybe slow it down a little because you tend to go a bit fast and it's a lot of information to take in for the viewer. I understand that deception can get one worked up but the most effective way to combat it is to not be reactive to it but to be calm and confident and just destroy it with facts and logic.

  • Good channel though, don't get me wrong.

  • Dude needs to work on his presentation. Pull the camera bit a back instead of the extreme close-ups. Calm down a bit and don't bug your eyes out as much.

  • 1.) Fox is bias prpaganda that has proven itself no longer a credible news source with the many anti-Obama statements made that where flat out wrong, look up "FOX news, Obamas 200 million tax dollar trip to India", or something like that. Trust me, if someone ONLY watches FOX news, they know very little about the political world.

  • @helioncry Since, as anyone with a positive IQ knows, the "name dropping" IS citing the study, you moron, it is wise that you withdraw from the field before embarrassing yourself still further. That you lack the competence to look up, let alone challenge, any of the easily found peer reviewed, well supported and never refuted research papers I have referenced and so instead rely on ad hominem attacks, it is quite clear that you already HAVE a holw in your head.

    But, hey, thanks for playing!

  • @FletchforFreedom Since you refuse to cite the study and insist on "name dropping" as an alternative, I call impasse.

I have better things to do then to spend hours trying to verify your conclusions by reading plethora of what I am confident is corporate sponsored bullshit just to get to the one part that may or may not support your otherwise refuted and contradictory claims. In other words, I need to satisfy your lofty contention like I need a hole in my head.

  • @helioncry Had you any grasp of the topics under discussion, you would understand that studies in the academic literature are identified by the names of the authors precisely as I provided them. Their conclusion is what I have been providing. Unlike you, I don;t cherry-pick comments that seem to support a position (that do not) and ignore the factual research data (as i ahve provided it). The comment you have provided undermines not a single thing I've said or supports anything you've said.

  • @FletchforFreedom Instead of ad hominem attacks, why don't you put a coherent objective together? Instead of listing off a bunch of names of people who've published cite the SOURCE of their CONCLUSION. You didn't even use their full names!!! Karen Davis, Cathy Schoen, Katherine Shea and Christine Haran J Law Med Ethics 36(4):629-43, 607 (2008) PMID 19093986 "The U.S. should aim higher by adopting a set of policies that will extend affordable health insurance to all" LOL

  • @helioncry Again, I have not referenced any polls and NONE of the peer reviewed research to which I referred excluded any percentage of the population. You seem intent on misreading my posts, misidentifying the applicaple research, misstating (lying about) the conditions in Canada and then criticizing me for having the sheer audacity to get my facts right when you don't even come close.

Please keep posting! Your heroic efforts to make look a genius by comparison are sincerely appreciated.

  • @helioncry Are you TRYING to look stupid or is that merely a happy accident. I NEVER said anything about Scott Rasumssen or Doug Schoen. CATHY Schoen is one of many who have published in the peer reviewed literature. And you look particularly stupid when comparing Canada's OVERALL waiting period to that of Medicaid (another socilized system) when the OVERALL wait period in the US is FAR less. You are simply incompetent.

  • @FletchforFreedom Roughly10% of the US population wasn't even considered for the US poll. On average you don't live much longer than the demographic supporting the bulk of the pole on CVD in CAN.

  • @FletchforFreedom LOL all your sources are from either corporate lobbyists or shills!!! Nowhere in SCOTT RASMUSSEN AND DOUG SCHOEN'S article is a single source cited!! As if their word was good enough!! What's next? You gonna cite FAUX NEWS? LOL Do you even know what propaganda is?

"Canadians have to wait four months or more for surgery " The average wait time for someone on medicaid is 3 months. Like I said, Canada ranked similar to the US in responsiveness. Ugh...

  • @helioncry YES, I understand why that is. They were a group specifically formed to advocate socialized medicine. They did not come to that conclusion as a result of research. They BEGAN with that position. And the 27 million figure is the NON-institutionalized figure. The reason that 27 million (of 313 million) have heart disease in the US is becasue we are LIVING LONGER. Heart disease accounts for a SMALLER percentage of deaths in the Us than Canada, o incompetent user of statistics.

  • @FletchforFreedom Your ignorance speaks for itself... "I AM sticking to the facts. The Commonwealth Fund is a pro-socialized medicine organization." You 're ignoring WHY that is. Either that or you just assume all bias is unprecedented. Either way, 27 million with heart disease go institutionalized and you claim this is "irrelevant". Ignorance is bliss huh? "Americans have MUCH more access to care", "you have no grasop of the actual research." Circular reasoning much?

  • @helioncry The point is that I DON'T fail to grasp how ACCESS is a key component. That's the whole point. Americans have MUCH more access to care, particularly diagnostic treatments and equipment and specialists (Meacham, Sekhri et al). It is why the US has better health OUTCOMES than anywhere else. That you have no grasop of the actual research is no failing of mine.

  • @helioncry And yet Canada has a standard of living approximately 83% that of the United States. Even if the pretense that access to free produce were the problem was not obviously brain dead, it doesn't make the assertion about its availability in Canada any less useful as fertilizer.

  • @helioncry I AM sticking to the facts. The Commonwealth Fund is a pro-socialized medicine organization. The facts indicate that Americans have more access to care and equipment than anywhere else (Anderson, Reinhadt, et al) and meet with primary care physicians more frequently and for more time (Anderson, Poulliet, et al). FIVE TIMES as many Canadians have to wait four months or more for surgery (Schoen, Blendon, et al). The waits for serious surgery are three times as long (Schoen et al).

  • @FletchforFreedom You fail to grasp how ACCESS is a key component. Africa has good doctors too. Is there ease of access? NO. FAIL!!
