Military Working Dogs have sniffed their way into the spotlight recently after participating in the raid that killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. However, these "guardians of the night" have been a staple of the U.S. military since WWII, and have been protecting bases, servicemembers and even the president, ever since. We follow the dogs and their handlers as they train at Sasebo Naval Base, Japan.
I'd love to have a MWD. That's who I want to work with when I go Active Army MP.
