I haven't been to a blue water festival carnival since 1993, but I still have dreams about the good times I had at them.

Three of my ALL TIME FAVORITE rides are there! Those being the Sizzler, (scrambler) which was the first ride I ever went on, The Cliff Hanger, and the Yo-Yo. (Which is my FAVORITE!)
