@blackandgold51 also the saleen mustangs are in reality still just a ford, because they still bear the ford serial numbers on the block,frame,body and so on, as it would be illegal to remove these and replace them with difference numbers, when saleen says they all have serial numbers all that is, is a serial number in the saleen data base marking which production car it was based on the order. This whole process is exactly the same process the GT 500's go threw when ther turned into super snakes

@blackandgold51 its still a ford engine block, body pannels and etc.. saleen chances the heads and puts a supercharger on, puts a body kit on, guts the interior and replaces with saleen branded upholstery, different wheels and lights and so on as well. and saleen is in fact associated with ford because inorder to sell these mustangs legally they must be in a contract agreement with ford

XxrSR50Rxx, maybe you do not know nor understand Saleen like i do.
Saleen takes these cars which were originally Fords and gut them out from nose to tail, afterwards Saleen replaces ALL of Fords Cosmetic(Exterior)and Mechanical parts(including Ford's engine)with ALL Saleen of parts.
Saleen is an Independent company and is not owned by Ford and Ford does not have anything to do with the Saleen S281 and S302 cars nor owns the registered rights to the cars.
