Holiday Greeting from President and Mrs. Barker

2010 was filled with many outstanding achievements for Clemson University and 2011 promises to be even more exciting. President and Mrs. Barker would like to wish you and your family all the best wishes this holiday season. The Clemson snow globe animation seen towards the end of the video was created by students, faculty and staff in the digital production arts program in the College of Engineering and Science. Jerry Tessendorf, 2007 winner of the Academy Award for Technical Achievement, was recently named the director of this program at Clemson and his film credits include "Titanic," "Waterworld," the "X-men" series, "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," the "Night at the Museum" series and "Superman Returns." Tessendorf earned his doctorate in theoretical physics from Brown University.
