Oh My GOD she is singing no let me say it for real SANGIN da mess out of this song. I'm on 22 but this was one of my favorite all time gospel songs and now that i've heard her sing it the way its supposed to be sang ( i know that aint "proper english) it is officially MY ALL TIME FAVORITE GOSPEL SONG

This is my ALL TIME FAV GOSPEL song that quakes my soul every time I hear Mother Mahalia sing it. She was awesomely gifted and anointed. They'll never be another like her for quite a long time. And if not, that's fine....she broke the mold:-)

@evanginwaiting Mother Mahalia is my all time favorite singer, her voice helped me to heal from 2 major surgeries that I had a coupleof yrs. ago.

I was going to just reside in my illnesses, but that pwerful voice just helped me to heal alot quicker than I would have, had I not turned on my dvd and CD players.

I couldn't believe it.

Now, I sing her songs in church, the songs Mother Mahalia sings just minister to my spirit, than I minister to others, if a song don't minister, I don't bother.
