Hühnerfrikassee is a german Chicken Fricasse.


Ingredients

1 chicken (ca. 1,2kg)
ca. 10 mushrooms
1 carrot
2 onions
100g peas
2 bay leaves
40g flour
40g butter
1 egg (just the yellow part)
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp parsley
one pinch sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
300g rice
2 tbsp white wine (dry)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1,5l water
