F-16D Backseat Flight over Holland, NL2000v4 simulation scenery for FSXUnfortunaly Fraps brings down the FPS a lot

No only when I make a movie of a scenery in this case the NL2000v4 scenery.
Because MFD and HUD takes down the FPS in FSX and Fraps takes more FPS down.
So I choose to put them off so the FPS is still acceptabel in the movie.
Normally I have the mfd and HUD always on when I don't use fraps.

Do you always fly with master caution on en without mfd displays?
