I remember how, just recently when taking transit home at night, a fight nearly broke out between two groups of guys (luckily some of them were more interested in holding back their hotheaded friends and nothing broke out). My back shot up straight and I felt adrenaline rush through my veins. I was ready to act if I needed to and instantly had confidence, and that lasted for a good couple hours after the incident.
Reminds me of what he said about testosterone reducing stress in men.

Doesn't everyone just love how this site keeps coming up with lovely ways to contantly shove commercials in our faces? Saw the banner, saw "Sponsored by BigPharma" (Pfizer, same thing), read some comments, typed this. All the while, not paying one iota of attention to the video. Fuck.This.Shit.

The comments here crack me up. To sum most of you guys/girls up in a word: Ignorant.
For sure, don't take everything that he says as gospel! But listen, read, think and analyise what he talks about in his books and there is much truth to be found...
Its easy to take the piss out of something or someone... much harder think inwardly and see how some of this stuff does apply to you. :)
