Tom Cruise battles it out with Matt Lauer, who is just being glib, whilst demonstrating his considerable "knowledge" of psychiatry.

  • Scientology or not Satanist or not Freak or not.Idiot or not etc. SAY WHAT YOU WANT THIS GUY IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.Awesome

  • I wish I was as good as Tom Cruise. People always shoot down people they cant be like.I love this guy.

  • Tom Cruise is a total wank!

  • When it's time to discuss complex social issues, like Psychiatry, I like to talk to a cracked and crazed, deluded ACTOR. :-) Notice how poor old Tom managed to say absolutely nothing about the history of Psychiatry thoughout the entire interview, while still arrogantly claiming to "know all about" it? Most enlightening, I don't think.

  • I really wish people empathise with the man who said whatever he thought not out of malice but knowing that ritalin is indeed a street drug and many other psychiatric abuses are prevalent in our society. He is not going to make you do anything you don't want ,you people should decide what is right for you .

    best for you.

  • The brain is an organ and it can get sick just like any other organ. The problem is that it's more complicated than any other organ and it's a lot harder to study. Only in the last few decades have scientists even had a reliable way of looking at a living brain, let alone understanding it. So making a list of all the mistakes that were made in the "history" of psychology doesn't mean that we should chuck science itself out the door and start blaming all our problems on MAGIC ALIEN GHOSTS!
