Here's a quick way to make a sturdy slipcase, the video is in 4 parts (largely due to the size limits of YouTube) from cutting the board to finish. Part 1 is cutting and lining. Most of my innovations are in the process of covering the case, Part 3. Hope you find the technique useful.

  • This video series is a great help. However, would it be possible for you to give a tutorial on how to make a very simple (no-frills) slipcase using only minimal materials, (no specialized equipment, except a bone folder I suppose). This would help a lot of we amateur bookbinders out. Thanks!
