@skylinesoldat Yeah, I see what you mean. You make a good case. I suppose in this case, a polished version would take away from the reality and rawness...and it might take away the viewers compassion for her, in regards the "human condition" aspect. Thanks for showing me a different perspective.

Isn't the entire point to capture the perspective of a person watching her?
She's the odd one out...people stare at her for being different...so the camera work reflects the quick glances people take.
The video isn't the most linear story..but it reflects turmoil and personal struggle because of her condition. If it was too clean cut i fear it would lose all emotion.

In subject matter it's cool, so maybe that wasn't a clear argument. I guess what I was trying to say was more about the cinematography, the way it was shot. It just looks cheap and sloppy to me, like it was thrown together. Like someone with a handheld camcorder was filming it. I think I could have been a lot better. More PROFESSIONAL.
Yes, I love the other videos. And I really love this band. I own all of their music.
