@KingOfCatfish I ran them thew a crony with a 16 inch barrel they go 650 FPS with a 20gr bullet more like a heavy airgun pellet. That is 18.77 foot pounds of energy. That would make a high power air gun. The most powerful everyday air rifle is about 12 foot pounds. But I do a a air pistol that puts off 25 foot pounds with a 8 shot mag :-)

@shortthrow50 These actually fire at 575 FPS and have a greater mass than even .22 pellets, thus causing more damage than a pellet gun.

Cool, and it doesn't get stuck in the barrel or anything? Ill have to try this out!
Just think, if I lived in a free state(i currently live in CA), I could get a silencer! Imagine how much noise this round would make then!
