    I'd have to disagree about your statement, "US knows how to advance in space and Russia doesn't." US has a much stronger capitalist economy, with billionaires smart enough to invest in their own private space programs. Russia, on the other hand, is full of oligarchs who pocketed their money by grabbing all of the privatized infrastructure handed out during the breakup of the Soviet Union.

    Give them a few decades, and they will have their own private space programs as well.

    Then they dock using RCS thrusters. Which is what they did before they had the Canadarm. Do a bit of reserach before being a moron.
