cows love and care for their young, plow fields, obey voice command and feel pain too. If it's unethical to eat dog meat, why is it ethical to eat cow/beef?

What EXACLY is the problem according to the video? Is it the eating of dog meat or is it the torturing ways used to kill dogs?
The world is not just your fancy western disneyland, there are countless other cultures out there and they may be completely different then yours. For them, dogs are animals for eating just like cows/pigs/fish. Have you ever stoped to consider that maybe it is the habit of petting dogs that is the actual bizarre stuff?
Now, torturing the things is another story...
