@lkyblk Yes. Load creates a greater pressure differential which inhibits flow (increases intake pressure).

I have recently seen a VZ21 turbo that was designed for smaller engines. (mbe motorsports has them) I have yet to see any reviews of them. I assume monkey tuners will have an opinion soon. :-) Nice work on yours anyway! Looks like fun.

I'm sorry guyz my Lifan was pretty new when I posted my previous comment. It broke down from every single perspective every time I took it to the desert. To avoid embarrassment I would try and hang around at an isolated spot where KTM and Yamaha owners wouldn't sympathize me. I finally set it on fire the last time it broke down in the middle of the desert. I happy and peaceful ever since.

@xgrapher Actually dude I owned a POS chinese scooter gy6 clone, It was a very primative and obsolete design for this day in age andThe fuckin thing lasted 1100miles and completeley self destructed. NEVER again, Now I own a yamaha r6 and it is smoother than hell, Very reliable. Fuel injected completley computer controlled awsome machine

All you haters I can feel your pain! You wont be the only ones riding your choppers along the highways which you bought using your credit cards and losing your families. If china has posed threat to the famous japanese brands you can guess where does america and europe stand in this competition.

cableDORK? DORK? who is the dork? you ride a LIFAN not me. if you had a proper driving license and a bit more cash, you could ride a real bike.. not a toy

Haha yea unfortunately I only have my Lifan license, I haven't passed the test yet to get my Yamaha license. Since of course you know you need a different license for china bikes. I apologize some of us dipshits spent 1400 on a motorcycle that can take us pretty much anywhere and go up to about 95mph and get 100mpgs. With gas well over $4.00 a gallon here anything that saves on gas and is fun to putt around on and tinker with is such a retarded idea.

Thats crap. these bikes are very good, and reliable. I have 2, the old GS and I jus bought the new 2008, and they are kick ass bikes. if you take care of it, it will run great.

+1 to that.

Might i ask how long have you had the bike? And is it still running? The reason i ask is because I'm planing on buying one... However I've heard nothing but short, vague, & very mixed reports so far... Any comments on what you like or dis-like about the bike?
