I think it sounds spot on, great tone from fingers, a resonator doesn't have to have the harsh country twang from playing with hard picks, and no matter the brand, i'd always rather hear an ok instrument played so lovingly than a beautiful 20's national triolan played by a tab reading born again musician! so there!;-)

@gakathon lol well since I posted that comment Ive spent a year working very hard to fingerpick better, at the expense of most other practice or writing or anything. So NOW I sound like Im killing someone with slightly more tact. And more bass.
