@ aokoh...she will be charged. Her parents took her to ensure she is in her right frame of mind. Legally, if you testify under the influence of something..it is not valid. So after her counselling and medical help..she will appear in court. RIRAX~!

If only Wako's office and the police would move with the same zeal to prosecute corrupt politicians and other untouchables, Kenya would be great miles ahead. But as always the case, in Kenya if you are a small fish, dont rub the law the wrong way.
