This is why you shouldn't watch the news . . . the reports didn't even acknowledge peaceful protests, they portrayed all protestors as anarchist. Of course in situations like this there will be the odd idiot. I wouldn't be surprised if some of those smashed windows were from rubber bullets or tear gas canisters.
TURN OFF your news channels they are not your friends.

They destroyed windows of mom n po establishments. They're a bunch of idiots living off funds that their parents earned with their capitalist job, or off of the gov't dole. They aren't peaceful, therefore the 'constitution' cite doesn't apply. The self described anarchists were deterred by OC vapors...real tough guys. They aren't protestors, not noble, they're vandals. They ignored getting a permit, and were allowed to march for 15 blocks. The police showed great restraint towards them.

Nowhere in the constitution does it say that you need a permit to use free speech. Why do you think these people are using violence? Because this corrupted government holds all the cards, they control they control the police and the courts. Everyone does what they say. Violence is the only way you can reason with a corrupted government. Pittsburgh is going the be the Berlin Wall of 2009.
