@LittleGasthaus If you think someone like me wouldnt take you up on that, your wrong! That is a magnificient BBQ setup, my mouth was watering, literally. I have space for about 5 or 6. We can make some homemade brats, drink my homemade brew ( I have a hefeweisen and a kolsh-style almost ready!) and we could BBQ, party and laugh our asses off! Good food is an international language. I'm grilling marinated pork steaks , brats, chirizo over some oak and doing a turkey on the rotiserie today.

@hunclemike I did not expected. that Somebody answers this. I have a friend in Californien. I met him in 1980 hitch-hike the US. sometimes I go to see him. I had a job, traveling Europa and Canada, Machine construction and repair. Fly to Canada twice a year. I come for your Beer, and the brats. good ones are hard to find. marinated pork steaks is my game. my friend says Germans a the only, to do pork 1000 different way´s

man i love the big ol pit you had the ribs on ,can i find that in texas???and the pit you had the beer can chicken did you put those compartments where the fire was at or the pit came with those on each side????im trying to become great at bbq'n thanks

@gigiwoe Unfortunately not, this BBQ is home-made, from two water tanks. the other BBQ is altered, on both sides a bowl for coal and woodchips. have fun with BBQ´ing. TEXAS is BBQ-country, get bissy man
