  • Norah Jones,

Have you listened to Connie Francis, lately? Try 'I'll Be Home For Christmas'. She had one of those special voices. You have one of those special voices. The accompaniment can be elaborate, can be barely there, and anything in between - it's the voices that bring the music to life. So, you are the sound, the accompaniment will take care of itself. Happy Holidays

  • Cool that she's into Tom Waits. And while I love Mule Variations as well...really, I don't know how it comes close to being his best record in anybody's book, least of all a professional singer-songwriter.

Bone machine? The Black Rider? Man, once he hit on the Harry Smith/Beefheart thing, the guy (and his wife/collaborator) went into the stratosphere as a creative force.

    They'd be an interesting collaboration.

  • W~Wow!

Ok, I'm liking her sound, but who is she?!

She's got a good look and refreshing air around her.... And I like it.... ^_^!

  • Norah Jones,

You can sing, even over the canned sound track that you've chosen for your vocal here. If you get some time take a listen to some of my 99 original songs that I've posted at my site. At least give the song I've posted here a listen.

  • Classiic Norah J!
