Lucky you, TSA didnt screw something up. Looks like a heavy rig. My Gretsch Jumbo Rancher and hardshell case is a bit heavy to lug around, long. Getting ready to buy a Yamaha classical guitar, that will be lighter and more comfy to play.

My guitar arrived in Thailand from America with a cracked neck inside the hardshell case. Detune the guitar. The temperature extremes will crack the neck.

Thank you for this video, I was wondering if there are such video as this one to help me teach how to pack a guitar for air travel. I have been wondering and asking people around for over 2 weeks, no one here in the USA I know seems to have done that. I will more likely be traveling to Japan from USA. Very helpful. I have three guitars and was not sure if I wanted to spend 100s on guitar cases.
