ORTO Semi - Automatic Label Punching Machine type PGV

The machines of the series PGV are designed to punch closed contours
out of various materials.
The products can be:
- labels and envelops
- pocket calendars
- plastic cards
- envelopes and small packing
- products out of leather, film orother similar materials.

Design Features
- the punching die is fastened on sliding rods
- for adjustment the punching die can be moved into two directions, X and Y
- the punching die can be rotated +/-7,5 ? on a rotary plate
- the V-formed tray for the stacks can be moved in a working window
- the working window can be moved vertical for height adjustment of the press
- an easily removable reception tray
- all controls and clips are operated from an operation table
- main parts imported from Europe: complete hydraulic
