@taweraster indeed they have :) but I'm just saying for those learning the rules for them to learn the UP TO DATE ones
-
@matmatg21 This was uploaded in 2007... The rules have changed since then :/

the first one is not legal... the scrum is outside the 22, therefore the touch will be awarded from there :) poor carter

Not everybody knows the rules SirNtokozo??You tube is world wide and people sometimes go on stuff they would not normally have a look at,like rugby. As a GAA/Munster fan I found this clip good, very easy to understand.well done to the guy who did it:) I used to think years ago why the fuck do they kick the ball and put themselves under pressure straight away??the answer is the player was looking for touch not just getting rid!!!!this shows others now who I know are thinking the same;)

@TheGarf808 Ah! I see... I never played rugby before... it's like I woke up one fine day and suddenly think... "I want to play rugby!". Something like that.
Anyway, so I guess this strategy is mainly to be used to gain territory by kicking the ball front and out then?

@SeiRelo only if he is behind the kicker when he kicked it if he is in front of the kicker and runs to catch it, he is offside, if he is in front of the kicker and a member of the opposition catches it and he tackles them , this is also offside , is is only back onside after a team mate who was behind the kicker runs in front of him. i am 15 and from northern ireland :D

This is my first time watching rugby and I'm interested in learning it. So pardon me if I ask stupid or obvious question.
If the kicker kick the ball away and his own team member got the ball, they can continue the play as usual, right?
this video needs updating to modern rules
