@esiegel76 lol good point about the caps Eric im very pleased with this engine i loved it so much that i got the conrail one and the southern one to go with it and im happy to say im also getting the NW one and the virginian one

@AMH9217 I think that's just rumor started on the Train magazine forum. I couldn't find any mention of that announcement on NS's website. I hope it's true.

Is the horn on top metal or plastic? The reason I ask is I have a semi scale railking sd70ACe and the horn is metal. Next time you set up your draw bar pull test can you test this engines pull? thanks

Would Legacy engines such as these run without trouble on conventional control? The club I'm in uses postwar ZWs and I'd like to know if I can safely run it with these transformers.
