The Sega Saturn was a great console and had some awesome games. Panzer Dragoon Saga was one of them. Unlike the other games in the series which were rail shooters, Saga was an RPG. My 75th pick for my favorite VG music is the end credits theme which translates into "Art Thou the Holy One". The vocalist is Eri Ito.

LYRICS - Original Latin Version:
Caelum hume sitien taire
Vertus sahrel shamasantia
Ecce valde generous ale posselna volucritus
Sona areru ec paldeel?
Sona mi areru ec sancitu?
Ale posselna volucritus

Tenna prena posteri dire
Vertus narrel mea chorus
Aude valde generous sana fiare actertis
Sona areru ec paldeel?
Sona mi areru ec sancitu?
Sana fiare actertisia

LYRICS - English Translation:
In the sky, the earth, and the beloved sea,
The Knower of Truth hath appeared
Look - The precious Winged One takes flight
Art thou the bringer of ruin?
Art thou the holy one?
The Winged One takes flight

I shall tell you the wishes of time,
I shall sing the tale of truth
Listen - That precious voice spins the everlasting story
Art thou the bringer of ruin?
Art thou the holy one?
That voice spins the everlasting story

  • one of the most beautifully orchastrated music in gaming. If people say video game music isn't a form of music, they need to hear this

  • I totally agree!

  • Only #75?

  • Yeah. This is just a list of my favorite video game songs... it's NOT a ranked listing. If it was, this song wound be higher up on the list.

  • That build up from 3:20 onward...amazing!

  • beautiful song,i saw a panzer dragoon trailer many years ago and i never got the chance to play one, really wish i had though..it looks awesome and the music is better then most modern soundtracks in my opinion.

  • @newhoped what are you talking about??? i never said square had anything to do with this song, but they do have to do with this account as i clearly stated (AND you state as well - shutting down the account shuts down all the videos)... perhaps you are replying to the wrong person???

  • @DjDedan Panzer dragoon has nothing to do with Square it was made by Team Andromeda a inhouse Sega studio, the music was also composed by Wave Master the department that does most of the sound tracks for Sega produced games.

An account that is shut down on You tube has all it's video's removed weather it has something to do with the reason the account was shut down or not.

  • @drunkensailor112 suuuuuure Mr. Fanboy, just keep on thinking that :)

  • @EpicZantetsuken square enix put down the account that also featured panzer dragoon saga music because quare lost revenue they thought. that's what I mean with them only being for money. sega never takes down anything on youtube from what I know. every music from sega you can find here. sega was never about money or else they would've taken the low nintendo route of making cheap uninteresting consoles instead of state of the art revolutionary things like shenmue, dreamcast, saturn nights etc

  • @drunkensailor112 not sure if troll, but i'll take the bait. first of all, i did some research and as afr as i can find, Square Enix has absolutely no connection to this game whatsoever. this game was not developed by Square Enix, nor do they have the rights to the game, so i don't know what you're talking about. secondly, i like SEGA, but i wouldn't go so far as to say that they are "about love, not money". in addition, Square Enix's "overrated" RPGs were big inspirations for this game.

  • @EpicZantetsuken it was square enix, the rotten faggets with their overrated rpg's who did this. sega is about love, not money

  • @EpicZantetsuken yeah i disagree with squareenix but i think their motives were based on the fact that they make money on selling soundtracks and they probably view posting songs on line as a bite into their profits... i think it's futile though and instead they should release all their stuff for free and earn ad revenue... but that's just me.
