Modern Surrealist featured on Creative Living with Sheryl Borden for PBS

Featuring: Trashy Handbags, Juice Bottle Gift Baskets, and Can Magnet

I recently had the pleasure of filming three segments of the show Creative Living with Sheryl Borden for PBS! This wonderful culinary and craft show on PBS is in its 34th season and is now broadcast in high definition! I shared my crafting tips for making Relic Boxes, Upcycled Accessories and Plastic Bottle Cap Jewelry. Enjoy these photos from our taping for now. Video of all 3 segments is coming soon!

  • Wow! Wonderful ideas. Thanks a lot for sharing them. Greetings.

  • @carlapat2012 Thanks for tuning in! Glad you enjoyed the show!

  • Hi, I was wondering about the name because I used to watch Aleene's Creative Living for years with Aleene herself, her daughter Heidi Borchers Cheryal Ball & some others. So I'm curious do you know her/them? and how did you get your name??

  • I know Aleene, Heidi and Tiffany Windsor through the Craft & Hobby Association. Sheryl Borden's show Creative Living in one of the longest running shows on PBS. Aleene the inventor of Tacky Glue also had a tv show with the same name, and is now a part of her daughters' panel on Inspired at Home blog talk radio. The family is doing a great job transitioning the creative instructional format into modernity by utilizing social media and live video aspects. It'd pretty fun stuff!
