'Restructured Memories .... The beauty of damage ....'

These 8 mm films were taken in the late sixties in several parts of the world, I love the way these films got damaged over the time, the scratches and blurs, making it look so melancholic ..

This material was originally used in another project called "Changing sceneries'.

I took these little fragments from 8 mm film tapes from my mother, added some of my video stuff , using a slower speed, and finally remixed a music recording with violin player Salar Asid for this ..
