2003 AMAZING Ato Boldon holds the meet record at 10.03 back in 1964 bob hayes ran 10.05 in tokyo on a peice of shit wet chewed up DIRT track, in a prelim he ripped off a 9.91 with the wind just over legal but again on a crap dirt track and before the age of 22. if hayes would have been able to run on the synthetic track and the altitude of mexico city 68' he would have run an UNGODLY time
