When you say regulated fan header, do you mean I shouldn't have it attached to the CPU fan header on my motherboard?
I got the dual rad version in OEM packaging and wasn't supplied with any additional fan-molex connectors so assumed it would be fine of the motherboard.
Any suggestions?

If you have the normal ECO-C240 then he should already have a Y-Connector cable going from the 2 fans to a single connector. This should be plugged into the CPU Fan header on the motherboard. This way the CPU regulation will adjust the fan speeds as needed.
The Pump connector needs to be plugged into a NON Regulated connector. On the motherboard this will often be one of the SYS Fan headers. You may need to ensure that regulation is turned off for the additional headers.

This is The most important part. If the pump is plugged into a regulated header, the constant adjusting of pump speed can damage the pump.

Yes, we mean to attach it to the CPU fan header on the motherboard. You should enable your CPU thermal protection in the BIOS since the BIOS controls the fan speed.
