My fourth season recording the Glastonbury Goddess & Womanspirit Conference.
This year's celebration was a little different, with a procession to the river Brue, and the celebration in the waters of that river.
Shown in this video are Elle Hull, Matthew Holbrook, Miriam Raven, Kathy Jones (the organiser) Katinka Soetens , Oshia Drury, Sally Pullinger, Steven Goggin and many others of course. Jacqueline Woodward-Smith is in the next video :)
This video has a glitch or two, but I left them in to preserve the continuity of the sound or imagery; it is also a rather rushed-job to satisfy the impatient ;)

** Part two to follow. That shall include the celebrations in and around the river, the fruit feast and the walk back to the town after.

No secret, John. This is shot in my usual "news style" which means that the first thing to be ditched is any tripod; just look at the woman with the big heavy one!! Impossible to get good shots carrying that.

Shooting handheld means that shots are subject to wobble, but that's all a part of news-style.

Secondly, you cannot hope to get the atmosphere of this procession, etc., in a three minute clip!
