Pandangguhan - Traditional (arr. Bayani Mendoza De Leon)

**** From BAYANI MENDOZA DE LEON'S ARRANGEMENTS ****
Fandango - traditional dance/tune but treated with modern variations. I don't think I was ready when I recorded this since I had just memorized it after two weeks of playing and obviously forgot several parts (if you read the sheet music, of course). If anything, this video is about how NOT to play this piece. Bayani's sheet music are all available at vgorecordings and I plan to go through most of them if not all. To play this piece, make sure you've gone through Villalobos' etudes because you'll need them. In my short correspondence with Bayani, I found him to be very supportive and accessible to regular folks like me.

well, di naman halata eh unless nga marunong magbasa ng pyesa or familiar sa pandinig ng makikinig ang pyesa. good work kuya, palagay ko matagal pa bago ko yan matugtog kasi di pa ako makatugtog ng etudes ni villalobos. di ko pa ata kaya.
