Unfortunately it is not the 5th largest economy or the 4th largest tourism hotspot or a leader in technology or anything by which success is measured in modern world. And that is the problem with pakistan. In trying to build up your military/ instigate india by supporting terrorism , you have lost out on all other parameters.

So kudos in being the 6th largest military , but it is not doing your country any good at this moment. And that is what this man is trying to say.
