Join Giten and Rohi at the vibrant Ocean Discovery Centre, Guaria de Osa, or Orchid of the Rainforest, where the Rainforest kisses the sparkling Pacific Ocean!

The Osa Peninsula has been described as the most biologically intense place on Earth by National Geographic. Guaria de Osa is nestled in a roadless nature sanctuary known as the Little Amazon by the Ocean, with plenty of hiking trails, beach, and ocean to explore and enjoy. Surrounded by big rainforest trees, the Main Lodge is only a 1-minute stroll from the Pacific Beach unless, of course, you stop to smell the Aromatic Ylang Ylang trees and greet the toucans, scarlet macaws and capuchin monkeys.

Harmoniously support the process of diving deeply into yourself and deeply relaxing at your core by joining us in this lush paradise.

Based on a platform of Osho Active Meditations, your transformational journey will be supported with:

*Aquabreath sessions in the ocean
*Holistic Nutrition, Detox, and Rejuvenation support
*Body-oriented interactive techniques for releasing physical and emotional tension and stress
*Group processes and sharing
*Interactive Dance, Movement, and Celebration
*Silent meditative walks and guided Rainforest tours
*Shamanic detoxification cleanse and medicinal journey

A typical day of this all-inclusive 8 day and 7 night, or 12 day and 11 night retreat, will begin with an early morning active movement and breath meditation on the beach, OSHO Dynamic Meditation or OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation. After breakfast, we will experience Aquabreath sessions in the gentle, warm ocean. Then we will experience a breathwork rebirthing session or dance meditation journey. After lunch you will have time to relax, enjoy, swim, and feel nourished by the vibrant surroundings.

We will meet again later in the afternoon at sunset for OSHO Kundalini Meditation (which includes music, dance, and silent sitting), and then again, for an interactive and fun group session following dinner.

Our structure is created to safely support the processing and letting go of emotional and mental patterns which you are ready to release, bringing you into present awareness and freedom of expression. Through our approach you will build a solid foundation of personal healing and heightened awareness, creating a permanent shift in consciousness.

Furthermore, you will have the option of participating in a Shamanic Medicine Journey and Cleansing program designed by Jonathon Miller-Weisberger specially for our group. We will prepare for the medicine journey throughout the week with cleansing foods, meditation, instruction from Jonathon, and three early morning plant cleanses. Jonathon will share with us information about renewal methods of fasting, cleansing, and purifying with medicinal rainforest plants time-tested by Amazonian Indigenous Cultures, for example:

Plant baths for aura cleansing
Purging with medicinal rainforest plants at 3 am to balance the bodys pH crucial to any healing or detoxification program and for preventing disease. Most people in today's modern society are acidic because of diet, sedentary lifestyle (or in some cases, over-exercising), stress, pollution, and the accumulation of chemical and heavy metal toxins. When the acid and alkaline properties are of equal strength, we say the pH is balanced. Purging (vomiting) with medicinal plants with the heavenly stars looking at us is a very good thing to do!
One to Three Medicinal Plant Tea Ceremonies (One if you stay 8 days, Three if you stay 12 days) beautifully supported in the traditional Shamanic methods of the Sequoya elders from Ecuador.

The medicinal and shamanic journeys are optional on this retreat, and therefore are charged separately. All the proceeds go to nature preservation projects for the indigenouscultures of Ecuador. For more information on Jonathon's nature and cultural preservation projects, please visit www.4biodiversity.org

The final day will be an open day for you to enjoy hiking, waterfalls, bird watching, surfing, encountering dolphins, snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, canopy tours of the jungle and many other activities of your choice. (Additional activity fees may apply.)

Reiki initiations and treatments, as well as individual breath and bodywork sessions with Rohi and Giten are also available during the retreat.
