@mudderjs I am so sorry this took so long! Time flies when you are having fun! Anyway, I have not toasted these before candying (is that a word?) them. Toasting nuts brings out so much of their flavor that I bet that would be a great idea! I will definitely give that a try. I hope 2012 is a fantastic year for you and, again, I am sorry! Take care!
