The LED lights on each stick are randomly triggered based on activity that occurs during system operation. I got the system to run this heavily by running Prime95 for a burn-in sequence since it is a new setup. Normally you never get this much activity/

6 sticks of 2gb each for 12gb of system ram.

System is i7 920 chip on 1366 socket running stock 2.66Ghz for now.

Also running 3 drives of OCZ 30gb SSD drives in a RAID 0 configuration pulling continuous reads of over 600MB/second. Compare to a standard platter-based hard drive doing maybe 50MB/second. Also provides 0.1ms seek times versus 12+ from my old setup.
