This is a normal setup of a Bedini circuit. Since the circuit is power the North Pole on one side, there is a pulse on the South side. Therefore, if you put a motor on the opposite side of the inductor it can run and use the pulse to a mechanical potenial. The Amp does increase slightly, at about 10 ma if not less.
