The reason I uploaded this video was because I think its wrong that alot of landlord's who own goverment housing think their tenants are stupid and do not know their right's. The following is a true account leading up to this video My Landlord Windham housing trust of Brattleboro Vermont sent two people over to supposedly inspect the smoke dector normally two people would come in if there was clutter they would shrug it off. two days before they were to inspect 48 hours is the ammount of time Vermont Law say's they have to notify me. Windham Housing canceled the Inspection. The Next Day Maintenance Supervisor Morey Page and Special Projects Manager Sheila Turner Illegaly showed up at my Apt after refusing to let them in Morey bcame hostile and threatend me. After this incdent they harassed me by mail I checked Vermont Teants rights on what to do it advised to write a letter to my landlord. Before I could even deliver the letter I found out rental agent Lorelei Morrissette grossly violated a confidentiality release I had sigend I peffer not to say for what company. Mrs Morisssett is the one you can see in the begining of the video when I asked her who gave her permisson for her to smear my name. Deb Zak is the one who came out and invited me to the back and is on the rest of the video notice how quickly they rush me out of the front office when I begin asking question's and how fast Deb Zak apper's like they were waiting for me.to begin with. I was as reasonbly calm as I could be under the given condtion's. Notice how Deb Zak try's to undermine me and tell me Im not acting calmly when I am. Anyway's the video runs out but in the end Deb Zak came out and tried to serve me with an infraction of lease notice considering it was illgeal that they showed up to begin with I tore up the infraction and told Deb Zak your staff showed up illegally and there this notice does not exist and I tore it in half in front of her. She told me to leave and I left.
